Meet The Team: Chrystel Parsell
Chrystel Parsell, Staffing Coordinator, began her career with Trillium over 7 years ago. Chrystel’s flexibility and passion for the industry has allowed her to work in several capacities within Trillium, giving her a well rounded vision of the organization and its goals. Currently Chrystel is heavily involved in the sourcing, evaluation, and representation of talent for our East Michigan Skilled Staffing group which includes administrative, light industrial, and on-site staffing services.
“I have worked for another staffing organization both as an internal employee and as a contract employee. Steve Rosenberger, Regional Vice President of Trillium Environmental, began his career with Trillium over 12 years ago. Steve leads our environmental and industrial staffing groups in providing contractors nationwide with support staff for project based shutdowns and turnarounds including: hydroblasters, general laborers, HAZWOPER trained technicians, and tank cleaners. In addition, Steve manages traditional staffing offices in New Orleans, LA and Morton, IL.

Leading a division that provides industrial and environmental staffing in all fifty states as well as managing offices in several states across the country, Steve travels fairly frequently. As with any position, maintaining a fair work and personal life balance is essential to finding a career that is mutually rewarding for the employee and the employer long term. “Balance is a very difficult thing to accomplish some days. I do my best to give my employer and my family 100 percent every day. I am lucky, though. My employer promotes work/home balance and my family appreciates the opportunity my career has given me.” stated Rosenberger.
