Customer Service Representative

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to add to our client’s growing team!

This position will involve both administrative and customer service functions to ensure operations run smoothly. Administrative functions will include answering incoming calls, invoicing, preparing and sending reports to customers, general office support, creating work orders for production, and serving as a backup on additional accounts when team members are absent. Customer service will also be a key function of this position; duties include assisting customers with any questions regarding purchase orders, production plans, delivery dates, invoicing, conflict management and other needs as they arise.

This is a full-time, contract to hire position with a great organization! Standard hours are Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. Wages range based on experience, $20-$24/hr.

-At least two years of customer service experience with administrative responsibilities.
-Customer Service experience in a manufacturing setting, preferred.
-Proficient computer skills including experience working in Microsoft Office programs.
