Industrial Painter
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an Industrial Painter for a Direct Hire Industrial Painter opportunity with a well-established manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area.
This Industrial Painter role focuses on applying industrial-grade coatings to large fabricated steel components used in heavy-duty lifting equipment shipped worldwide.
Industrial Painter Responsibilities
-Prepare paint materials and maintain painting equipment
-Prep steel beams and components for coating application
-Operate within a spray booth environment
-Apply industrial-grade coatings to sandblasted steel surfaces
-Follow all safety procedures for handling and disposing of paint materials
-Support additional duties as assigned

Industrial Painter Qualifications
-Prior experience as an Industrial Painter using conventional or airless systems preferred
-Ability to wear full-body protective gear
-Must be able to pass respirator fit testing and wear as required
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
