CNC Machine Operator
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a Direct Hire CNC Machine Operator opportunity with a growing manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area.
This CNC Machine Operator role focuses on operating CNC equipment to produce quality parts while following established programs and work instructions.
CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities
-Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
-Load and unload materials into machines
-Monitor machine cycles and ensure parts meet quality standards
-Perform basic tool changes and offsets as needed
-Inspect finished parts using basic measuring tools
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
-Support additional duties as assigned

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications
-Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred
-Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
-Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, etc.)
-Strong attention to detail
-Reliable attendance and work ethic
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
