CNC Machinist

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a CNC Machinist (Lathe or VMC) in Neenah, WI!

Schedule is 1st Shift – 5:00 am– 3:00 pm| 4-Day Work Week. Pay rate is $25–$38/hr | Overtime Available.

A growing machining company in Neenah is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with either Lathe or Vertical Machining Center (VMC) experience, Direct hire! If you’re a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up, program, and hold tight tolerances without being micromanaged — this is a great position for you!

This employer is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist or Vertical Machinist (VMC) to join a stable, well-run operation that values precision, consistency, and accountability. This is not an operator role. We’re looking for a true setup machinist.

What You’ll Do
-Set up and run CNC Lathes and/or VMCs (20” x 40” with Fanuc controls or similar)
-Load, edit, and troubleshoot G & M code programs
-Set tooling, offsets, fixtures, and work holding
-Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
-Hold tight tolerances and produce to print
-Make adjustments independently to maintain quality

-Confident with G & M code
