Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium is now hiring a PEMB Superintendent in Abilene, TX!

We are seeking an experienced PEMB Superintendent to lead Pre-Engineered Metal Building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing field operations, crews, schedules, and safety while ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards. This role requires full-time travel and long hours.

Pay is up to $40/hour DOE and $130/day in per diem for days worked.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage PEMB projects from mobilization through completion
-Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite activities
-Read and interpret physical blueprints and construction documents
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
-Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules
-Maintain productivity, quality control, and jobsite organization
-Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel
-Complete daily reports and documentation as required

Requirements:
-Verifiable experience leading PEMB projects start to finish
-Strong knowledge of all aspects of PEMB construction
-Ability to read and interpret physical blueprints
-OSHA 30 certification (required)
-Proven leadership and jobsite management skills
-Willingness and ability to travel 100%
-Ability to work 60+ hours per week
-Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
