Machine Shop Supervisor
Great Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to join an established and growing team in the Sheboygan Falls area!
The Machine Shop Supervisor will be leading a team of Machine Shop employees and will manage production scheduling and flow, hiring, discipline, development, safety, maintenance and similar. Machine Shop Supervisor will work with Machine Operators to develop new tooling, fixtures and procedures as well as make submit engineering changes. This is not a working supervisor role, however, the Supervisor may occasionally work on equipment to include machines and forklifts.
Pay range will be $73,000-$85,000 with profit sharing and strong benefits package. Schedule will be 6:00am-2:30p Mon-Fri with some occasional overtime.
To be successful in this role, the Machine Shop Supervisor will have:
-4+ yrs previous experience in a manufacturing setting
-1+ yrs previous Supervisory Experience required
-Associates Degree in related field or technical certification
-Knowledge of AutoCAD
-Strong mathematical abilities
-Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs and similar production documents
