Swiss CNC Machinist

Swiss Machinist needed in Kenosha, WI! Direct hire!

Our client is looking for a Swiss Machinist to add to their growing team! As a Swiss Machinist you will be responsible for the set up and operation of 5-axis milling machines according to specifications on drawings, program sheets, instructions and process sheets.  You will perform advance set-ups by mounting, aligning and securing tooling, fixtures, attachments and work pieces per set up instructions. 

The CNC Set Up Machinist is a Direct Hire opportunity! Pay is based on experience with a range of $32-40/hr. Generous benefits package included! Our client has openings on the following shifts, Monday - Friday:

1st: 6:00am – 2:30pm
2nd: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Qualifications: 
-    3 – 5 years’ experience with CNC Machine set-up/operations/changes/offsets.
-    Associates degree, technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
-    Knowledge of G-codes and M-Codes, Mastercam, SolidWorks or other programming software.
-    Experience/ knowledge of Milling, Turning, Swiss-Turning machines, preferred. 
-    Experience/knowledge using precision measurement instruments and working/reading blueprints.
