Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker or Mold Maker to add to our client’s growing team! Injection Mold Makers encouraged to apply!

In this position, you will be responsible for duties related to constructing and repairing tooling, dies, punches and gages used in manufacturing. Setting up and operating various CNC and manual machines will be involved, along with assisting the design department, performing maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established organization in the area. The standard working hours are Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm. The starting wage ranges based on experience level, $25-35/hour.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years related experience as an Injection Mold Maker or Tool and Die Maker
- MasterCam and/or Solidworks experience or related a huge plus!
- Ability to operate most tool room machinery, including grinders and lathes.
- Ability to read documents, including blueprints, instruction, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to perform precision work with tight tolerances and dimensions.
