Painter

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a Painter to add to our client’s growing team in Sheboygan Falls, WI! Direct Hire! 

As a Painter, you will be responsible for mixing three-part paints and for paint spraying all parts of frame structures for the assembly floor. Duties of the Painter also include operating and maintaining spray guns, gun washer parts and recycling still, recording and maintaining inventory on paint and supplies, and the prep of all parts for painting. 

This is a full-time, direct hire Painter opportunity with a well-established company in the area. Standard hours are Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm. Wages range based on experience level, $19-25+/hr.

Qualifications: 
- 1 – 3 years Industrial  or automotive painting experience, required.
- Experience painting with conventional or airless, highly preferred. 
- Understanding of specific paint product capabilities as they relate to the painting processes.
- Ability to mix paints such as epoxy, urethane, and automotive products. 
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
