CNC Machinist

1st shift CNC Machinist needed in Green Bay, WI! Direct Hire!

Are you looking for a new opportunity with a strong and stable organization? We have the position for you!

In this position, you will be expected to complete your own setups, tooling changes, quality inspections, and complete daily maintenance on machinery (oiling and cleaning) as required. Candidates with roll grinding and/or welding experience along with machining are encouraged to apply! The position is based in a job shop environment. There is potential for travel work to customer sites, roughly 5% or less travel is expected. Travel perks include travel pay premiums, OT pay outside of the normal schedule, and double time pay for weekend work!

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Green Bay, WI!  The standard 1st shift hours available are either Monday – Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm or Tuesday – Friday 6:00am - 4:00p. The starting pay is based on experience, $25-30/hr and up.

Qualifications:
 - 2+ years previous machine shop experience preferred, open to new Tech School graduates.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Background in OD Roll Grinding and CNC a plus. 
- TIG Welding experience a plus. 
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if required.
