Director of Finance
Director needed in Green Bay, WI! Direct Hire!
Our client is a prosperous dental consulting firm in need of an experienced Director for their growing consulting team. The Director opportunity is the ideal career for someone who wants to make an impact and has a true passion for growing and managing client relationships.
Their main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, directing client interactions and relationship building within the company and acting as a trusted advisor, driving growth of the business, develop service proposals for clients, prepare client financial statements and helping translate the data to identify trends, improve processes, assist clients in long-term strategic planning, client bookkeeping, monthly reporting, prepare monthly client billing and lead and mentor staff.
This Direct Hire Director opportunity is 100% on site with flexible hours. Wages are based on experience, between $90,000 to $120,000 per year.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in the dental industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 5+ years of related accounting experience.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- CPA preferred, but not required.
- CMA or similar management consulting certification is a plus, but not required.
- QuickBooks experience.
