Now Hiring Machine Operators in Green Bay, WI! 1st and 3rd shift!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking experienced machine operators to add to our client’s growing team! The Machine Operator will be responsible for setup and operation of converting equipment. The Machine Operator position will require troubleshooting of equipment to achieve optimal performance. Additional duties include minor preventative maintenance, cleaning of the machine, conducting regular quality checks of work in progress, prepping for upcoming work orders and changeovers, and overseeing machine assistants and line helpers throughout the day.

This is a full time, contract to hire opportunity with a well-established company in the Green Bay area. The standard hours on 1st shift is Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and the standard hours on 3rd shift is Monday through Friday 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Training typically takes place on day shift but can be flexible.

Qualifications:
- 1+ year machine operator experience preferred, converting experience ideal.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Forklift or roll clamp experience ideal, not required.
- Team player mentality and willingness to cross-train.
- Basic computer skills
- Safety Awareness
