Mechanical Assembler needed in Appleton, WI! 1st shift!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler in Appleton, WI!

Our client, a custom machine builder, is looking for an experienced candidate to assemble components, sub-assemblies, and systems to customer specification. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for checking parts to blueprints for function and fit, basic electrical wiring and assembly as needed, set up and operation of a variety of hand tools, completing final inspection and testing of finished parts, and maintaining safety within the workplace. 

This is a 1st shift, contract to hire opportunity, with a well-established organization in Appleton, WI! The standard 1st shift hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am -3:30pm. Starting wage ranges based on experience level, $20-24+/hour. Our client offers and incredible benefits package with fully paid employee insurance, an ESOP program, PTO/Vacation, and more!

Qualifications
- 2+ years working experience in a Mechanical Assembly related position, required. OEM experience preferred.
- Experience in both Electrical and Mechanical a huge plus!
- Ability to read blueprints, required.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics, required.
- General welding experience, required.
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings.
