Production Supervisor needed in Appleton, WI! Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for our client’s converting operation in Appleton, WI! 

The Production Supervisor will be expected to have experience organizing production schedules, mentoring production employees, driving production goals, and ensuring the overall production is running at the highest efficiency.  This position will play an essential role in daily decision making and process management for the company. 

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturer in Appleton, WI! The standard hours for this position are based on a weekly rotating schedule between 3 shifts. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am -2:30pm, 2nd shift hours are Mon-Fri 2:30p - 10:30pm, and 3rd shift hours are Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 6:30am.  The starting salary for this position is based on experience level, 65-75k+.

Qualifications: 
* Associate Degree preferred but would consider adequate experience.
*2-4+ years of Supervisory experience, required,
* Strong understanding of Manufacturing practices.
* Track record of success with improving manufacturing processes.
* Experience with hiring practice and employee discipline.
* Computer proficiency.
* Strong ability to drive production and lead a team, required.
