Maintenance Technician

Now hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Appleton, Wisconsin!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Tech to add to our client’s growing team! This is a Direct Hire opportunity located in Appleton, WI.

The candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and correcting electrical and mechanical machine failures, completing any assigned interior/exterior building maintenance, and maintaining the overall condition of company assets. 

This position is based on a 2-2-3 schedule (non-swing) on a 12 hour night shift. The standard hours are 6:00p-6:00am. Overtime is required and expected when necessary. The starting pay is $31 - 35/hour, based on experience level. New Grads encouraged to apply!

Qualifications:
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience, required. New Grads encouraged to apply!
- Associate’s degree, Millwright or Journeyman Card preferred, or willingness to obtain, required.
- PLC experience (troubleshooting and minor editing) is strongly preferred.
- Electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC experience strongly preferred.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, required.
