Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician needed in Green Bay, WI on 1st shift! 

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to add to our client’s growing team! 

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible to maintain the condition and functionality of all in-house equipment and machinery. Your duties will include conducting quality assessments, conducting repairs, maintaining machines, and completing preventative maintenance procedures. You will also be the lead for coordinating outside contractor service requests and grounds maintenance such as lawn care and snow removal. Our client is looking for an electro/mechanical focused candidate with firm experience and the ability to disassemble and rewire various electrical components such as gear boxes, control panels, welding units and other in-house equipment. 

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with a well-established manufacturing company in Green Bay, WI! The standard hours are Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 2:00pm and Friday 5:00am - 11:00am. The starting wage is based on experience level, $27-32/hr.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics required.
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, required.
- Experience scheduling and working directly with contractors for service calls.
- Strong experience completing electrical rewiring on gear boxes, control panels, and other in-house machinery. PLC experience not required.
