CNC Machinist

Now hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for work in the Palm City, FL area!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe or CNC Mill Machinist for a growing client in the Palm City area! Relocation assistance available!

The CNC Machinist position will be running a HAAS CNC Lathe or Mill in a custom job shop environment. The Machinist will be expected to complete their own setup and tooling changes, inspect their own work, and complete daily maintenance on machinery (oiling and cleaning). Previous Injection Mold Maker or Tool and Die Maker experience a huge plus! CNC Programming experience, utilizing MasterCam and SolidWorks also a plus. 

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established manufacturer in the Palm City, FL area! The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. Enjoy a 3 day weekend! The starting wages range based on experience, $22-28+ per hour.

- 2-4+ years CNC Machinist experience in a job shop setting, required.
- Manual machining and grinding experience a plus.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers and gages to ensure quality standards are met will also be part of this role.
- Must have knowledge of G-code programming.
- CNC Programming experience a huge plus
- MasterCam and SolidWorks
- Blueprint reading proficiency necessary.
