Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Controller for a leading manufacturing company in the Green Bay, WI area!
The Controller will be responsible for the following:
-Leading the financial month-end closing and reporting process
-Leading the year-end reporting process
-Responsible for all company financial audits, coordinate both internal and external audit activities
-Management of capital project processing and fixed asset tracking/balancing
-Full oversight of all AP and AR transactions
-Detailed analysis and reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
-Perform ROI analysis for proposed plant upgrades
-Monitor 401k transactions
-Direct supervision of the accounting team
-Define and monitor customer credit limits
-Manage cost savings initiatives
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established manufacturing company in Green Bay, WI! The standard working hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility. Salary is based on experience, $105-120k+ per year. Our client offers a full benefits package, 401k, PTO, and many other great benefits!

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related required. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-7+ years of experience in a lead level Accounting position (Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Controller) strongly preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in accounting within the custom, high complexity manufacturing industry, highly preferred.
- CPA or CMA is a plus.
- Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex or ambiguous situations; strong supervisory management skills and ability to work under deadline
