Pipefitter - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Journeyman and Apprentice Pipefitters for an industrial project near Falmouth, MI!

Pipefitters will assist with the layout, fabrication, fitting, and installation of carbon steel, stainless steel, and HDPE piping systems. Work will include reading isometric and P&ID drawings, fitting and aligning piping for welding, installing pipe supports and spool pieces, and working with other trades to complete piping installations.

Project Details: 
-Start Date: ASAP
-Schedule: Monday through Saturday
-Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
-Hours: Approximately 60 hours per week
-Journeyman Pay Rate: $56.28 per hour
-Apprentice Pay Rate: $32.80 per hour
-Per Diem: $178 per day, 7 days per week

Journeyman Qualifications: 
-Minimum 8 years of Journeyman Pipefitter experience
-Strong blueprint, isometric, and P&ID reading skills
-Experience with HDPE pipe fusion and fitting
-Experience in refinery, LNG, or RNG plant environments strongly preferred
-OSHA 10 required
-OSHA 30 and TWIC card are a plus
-Journeymen will participate in the project mentorship program and complete the required safety questionnaire

Apprentice Qualifications: 
-Pipefitting experience and familiarity with industrial piping systems preferred
-Ability to work alongside experienced Journeyman Pipefitters
-Ability to follow drawings, specifications, and site safety procedures
-Willingness to learn pipe layout, fitting, installation, and HDPE piping systems

All Pipefitters:
-Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts
-Ability to follow all site-specific safety procedures
-Ability to pass all required pre-employment and site-specific screenings
