Senior Marketing Project Manager

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager for work in Boston!

The project will hast around 5 months working 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $53/hour. 

Reporting to the Director of System Brand, the Senior Marketing Project Manager will lead the rollout of the Health System brand across digital, print, and physical assets. This contractor will own the overall project plan, budget, and timeline and coordinate the work of internal teams, agencies, and vendors.

Responsibilities
-Manage brand and creative projects from kickoff through delivery, tracking milestones, risks, budgets, and invoices.
-Lead stakeholder meetings and keep teams across the health system informed about progress, decisions, and deadlines.
-Coordinate agency and vendor work on assets ranging from digital materials and stationery to branded apparel.
-Guide teams on applying the brand and logo consistently across channels. Help develop brand guidelines, templates, and other resources.
-Support rollout communications, internal and external campaigns, and workflow improvements.

Required qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
-Five to eight years of relevant marketing and creative project management experience.
-Hands-on Asana expertise and experience managing brand or creative projects.

Preferred qualifications
-Experience supporting an organizational rebrand or brand rollout and applying brand guidelines across multiple channels.
-Healthcare or agency experience, Airtable experience, or a project management certification.
