Quality Technician
Great opportunity for a Quality Technician to join a growing team in Columbus!
The Quality Technician will utilize inspection and measurement tools to perform quality checks on products. The Quality Tech will support the Quality Engineer and Team Leaders by assisting in root cause investigations, performing First article Inspections, maintaining gage and scale calibrations and records, assemble PPAP packages and similar duties.
Schedule will be 7:00am-3:30p, Mon-Fri. Only occasional overtime and it would be worked as extra hours during the day, no weekends! Pay range will be $20-$23 to start depending on experience
This role is perfect for someone who has been in a Quality Inspection role and is looking to learn more in depth skills in Quality Assurance!

To be successful in this role the Quality Technician will have:
-HS Diploma or GED equivalent
-Experience in Quality in warehouse or manufacturing
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects
-Strong MS Office capability
-Any experience utilizing measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers and similar is preferred
-Any experience in blue-print and/or schematic reading is preferred
