Warehouse Worker

Trillium is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Blaine, MN!

Schedule is 1st Shift, 7am-4pm. Pay rate is $25.00 hourly, OT after 40 hours.

Receiving & Inventory Management
-Unload, inspect, and verify incoming freight against purchase orders and packing slips.
-Scan, tag, and log incoming stock into the Warehouse 
-Report damaged goods, missing items, or delivery discrepancies to supervisors.
-Transport and store received goods in designated rack or bin locations.
-Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventory

Order Picking, Packing & Shipping
-Pick, pull, and verify customer orders accurately using pick lists or handheld barcode scanners.
-Pack, wrap, and label orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
-Prepare and stage outgoing shipments for carriers and delivery trucks.

Equipment Operation & Facility Maintenance
-Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (where certified).
-Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
-Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
