Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is seeking an experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to deliver building materials using a day cab tractor and flatbed trailer.

This is a great opportunity for a dependable, safety-conscious driver looking for a consistent weekday schedule and the potential for long-term employment.

The ideal candidate will have flatbed experience and be comfortable properly securing loads with straps to ensure materials are transported safely and securely.

Responsibilities
-Operate a day cab tractor with a flatbed trailer to deliver building materials to designated locations.
-Safely load, secure, and strap materials in accordance with company and DOT safety requirements.
-Inspect the truck, trailer, and load before departure and throughout the trip as needed.
-Ensure all cargo is properly secured and protected during transportation.
-Complete required delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
-Follow all applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
-Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch regarding deliveries and any delays or issues.

Pay & Schedule
-Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
-Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
-Equipment: Day cab tractor and flatbed trailer.
-Assignment: Temp-to-hire, with the opportunity for long-term employment.

Requirements
-Valid CDL Class A license.
-Previous flatbed driving experience preferred.
-Ability to safely strap and secure loads.
-Knowledge of cargo securement procedures and DOT regulations.
-Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with securing and transporting building materials.
