Image Service Center Representative
Trillium Professional is now seeking an Image Service Center Representative for a 6 month Contract in Boston!
This is an onsite position. Schedule is Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM.
Support Image Service Center by retrieving, uploading, filing, and transferring medical images and reports. Assist physicians, technologists, patients, and outside facilities with timely access to imaging.
Key Responsibilities
-Receive and upload outside imaging into PACS for radiologists and providers.
-Retrieve prior studies for comparison and respond to urgent imaging requests.
-Prepare CDs/DVDs, verify patient identifiers, and deliver or mail images and reports.
-Coordinate image transfers between BMC and outside facilities using Life Image and PowerShare.
-Create reference or secondary consultation orders in RIS.
-Answer calls and provide customer service to patients, providers, and internal departments.
-Navigate systems including Epic, Sectra, Care Everywhere, PowerScribe, and Life Image.

Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED.
-Computer skills and ability to read, write, retrieve, file, and process records.
-Professional communication and customer service skills.
-No prior experience or license required; approximately one month of on-the-job training provided.
