Ironworker - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is hiring experienced Structural Ironworkers with welding experience for a short-term industrial construction project in the Fairfax, SC area!

Project Details:
Location: Fairfax, SC (near Allendale) 
Dates: October 26 – November 4, 2026 
Shift: Night shift, 11-hour shifts 
Schedule: 10 shifts / up to 110 hours 
Pay: $32–$36/hour, depending on experience 
Per Diem: $150/day for eligible travelers 

Job Responsibilities:
-Erect, position, align, and secure structural steel beams, columns, and supports. 
-Perform structural welding on steel components as needed. 
-Bolt, connect, fit, and secure structural steel members. 
-Read and interpret construction drawings and welding symbols. 
-Work with crane operators and rigging crews during steel erection. 
-Safely perform elevated work using required fall protection. 
-Follow jobsite safety procedures and project specifications.

-2+ years of welding experience preferred. 
-Ability to weld structural steel in an industrial construction environment. 
-Comfortable working at heights and on 11-hour night shifts. 
-Reliable transportation to the jobsite.
