Member Appeals & Grievances Coordinator

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Member Appeals & Grievances Coordinator for a remote position!

Summary:
-Support intake, identification, data entry, and distribution of member appeals and grievances.
-Maintain secure records, respond to member/provider inquiries, track deadlines, and assist with audits, reporting, trend analysis, and training.

-Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience;
-Microsoft Office; healthcare management system experience; strong accuracy, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
-Two or more years in healthcare appeals and grievances;
-Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare knowledge;
-Data entry/reporting experience;
-JIVA, Facets, Express Scripts, HPMS, or Access.
-CPC certification is preferred.
