CNC Trainee

CNC Trainee needed in the De Pere, WI area!

Trillium Staffing has a great opportunity to build your skills and learn the machining trade!

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a machining environment. Daily duties would include deburring/grinding metal products, operating a vertical mill, and other shop duties as assigned. The CNC Trainee will learn the machine shop equipment and have the opportunity to grow into a Machinist role in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity within a small, family-owned shop.

Hours for the CNC Trainee are Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, with wages ranging from $20-$23/hr. based on experience.  This is a contract to hire role and our client also offers full benefits - health, dental, vision, and 401, along with holiday pay and paid vacation upon hire.

-Previous industrial experience.
-Basic Industrial math skills.
-Experience with hand tools, tape measure, calipers(preferred).
-Good work ethic.
