Production Planner

Trillium is seeking an experienced Production Planner in Tinton Falls!

This Direct-Hire role offers an opportunity to join a growing print manufacturing organization where you’ll play a critical role in bringing client projects to life. From planning and scheduling to coordinating materials, vendors, and internal teams, you’ll oversee projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, accuracy, budget adherence, and on-time delivery. This position is ideal for a print industry professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing production planning, problem-solving, and customer service responsibilities.

You’ll work on high-profile projects for some of the world’s most recognized brands while serving as a trusted resource to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who can manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion. Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of production for assigned jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality, accuracy, budget adherence, and on-time delivery.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, Sales, Customer Service, and clients to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
-Provide production expertise and consultation on best practices while delivering world-class customer experience.
-Coordinate outsourced vendor services and ensure all required materials, including paper, dies, cartons, and other components, are available when needed.
-Collaborate with department managers and communicate schedule changes, specification updates, and production concerns to ensure production objectives are achieved.
-Review proofs, drawdowns, and prototypes to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy prior to client delivery.
-Assist with client approvals and on-site customer visits as needed.
-Participate in internal meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to support continuous improvement.
-Review project costs to ensure billing accuracy.

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday-Friday / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. This is an on-site position. Pay is $90,000 - $110,000 annually, DOE.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
