This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer who thrives in a hands-on, innovation-driven environment and is excited to contribute to the development of advanced electrical products, systems, and applications. Working alongside a diverse engineering team, the Electrical Engineer will play a key role in designing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical systems while supporting new product development from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop electrical system components, including circuit boards, wiring assemblies, control systems, and power systems
• Test, evaluate, and validate electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications, performance objectives, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop innovative electrical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement corrective actions, repairs, and design improvements
• Support the development and refinement of manufacturing processes in accordance with global engineering standards and best practices
• Manage engineering projects, technical deliverables, and project milestones to ensure timely completion
• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans to support reliability and system performance
• Research emerging electrical technologies and recommend enhancements to existing products and systems
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, procedures, and test results
• Work with renewable energy and advanced electrical applications as required

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / On-site. Annual salary is $140,000 - $160,000 Annually DOE.

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and system design
• Proven experience designing, testing, and evaluating electrical and electronic systems
• Advanced mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electrical safety and performance
• Proficiency with PCB schematic and layout software including OrCAD, Allegro, Altium, or similar platforms
• Experience with circuit simulation software such as PSpice, LTspice, or equivalent tools
• Experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, electronic loads, and related laboratory test equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• MATLAB/Simulink experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Committed to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in electrical engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 3-5+ years of experience in an electrical/electronic design role; must be a current practitioner actively engaged in engineering work
• Proven experience in electrical system design, testing, troubleshooting, and validation
• Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.
