Customer Service Representative
Trillium Staffing has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Washington, IL! The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers by managing orders, coordinating production schedules, communicating delivery timelines, and helping resolve concerns. This position works closely with production, shipping, quality, accounting, and sales teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Processing and managing customer orders using an ERP system.
-Communicating with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, product availability, and lead times.
-Monitoring orders and coordinating with production and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
-Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
-Responding to customer concerns and coordinating resolutions with internal departments.
-Assisting with billing, credits, returns, and other account-related issues.
-Managing EDI transactions and resolving order processing issues.
-Working with Quality and Operations to address product concerns and customer returns.
-Supporting sales with quotes, reports, account updates, and customer requests.
-Assisting with forecasting, inventory planning, and other administrative duties.
The Customer Service Representative is a 1st shift position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. Pay ranges from $18-$25/hour based on experience. This position is full time and temp-to-hire.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-2+ years of customer service experience
-Experience working with ERP or order management systems
-Strong computer skills
-Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
