The Electrical Engineer will partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop, analyze, and optimize electrical systems that meet demanding technical requirements and industry standards. This position offers the opportunity to lead critical design efforts, support new product development, troubleshoot complex system issues, and contribute to advancements that keep innovative technologies moving forward.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose complex electrical system issues and implement effective corrective actions and design enhancements
• Design and develop electrical components including circuit boards, wiring assemblies, control systems, and power distribution networks
• Perform testing, verification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, performance objectives, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate technical requirements into practical, code compliant electrical solutions
• Support the development and refinement of manufacturing processes that align with global engineering standards and quality expectations
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and electrical design methodologies for potential integration into future products and systems
• Manage project milestones, technical deliverables, and maintenance or inspection activities to ensure schedule adherence and system reliability
• Ensure electrical designs, documentation, and processes meet all applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday – Friday / On-site. Salary is $140,000 – $160,000 Annually DOE.

• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles with demonstrated experience in electrical design, testing, and system integration
• Experience with motor control systems, power supply design, microcontroller integration, embedded applications, and circuit development
• Proficient in PCB layout, schematic capture, and interpretation of technical drawings, specifications, and performance criteria
• Hands-on experience with CAD, EPLAN, Met LAB, and electrical simulation tools used for system modeling and design validation
• Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize system performance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical teams
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently or within a collaborative engineering environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous professional development and emerging technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 8+ years of experience in electrical or electronics design; must be a current practitioner actively engaged in engineering work
• Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.
