Building Maintenance Assistant

Local company has an immediate opening for a Building & Grounds Maintenance Assistant.

This is a direct hire position working Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30 pm. The starting pay rate will be $22/hr., but it will go up depending on your skill sets.  You must be willing to work out in the elements no matter the weather.

-The Building & Grounds Maintenance Assistant must be skilled in painting, carpentry, plumbing, 110V/220V electrical, HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance & repair.
-You will need to go to various locations on a daily basis. This position requires you to have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
-PPE must be worn on a daily basis. This includes but is not limited to steel toed boots, gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, hard hat and high-viz clothing.
-Maintaining materials and supplies are a must.
-You must be able to effectively communicate with vendors, contractors, tenants, co-workers and the public.
