Trillium Drivers is now hiring an Inside Sales Representative!
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $24–25/hour (depending on experience)
Position Type: Full-time
Position Overview:
Trillium Drivers is currently seeking an energetic, experienced Inside Sales Representative with extensive knowledge in the plumbing supply industry. In this role, you will serve as the face of our branch, managing our walk-in counter trade and handling inbound digital requests. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can build strong relationships with trade clients, provide technical product guidance, and efficiently drive sales growth.
Role & Daily Responsibilities:
-Order Management: Process inbound calls and emails from contractors, local plumbers, and commercial builders to accurately write, input, and track product orders.
-Proactive Sales: Expand existing accounts by upselling related products, suggesting alternative parts during stock-outs, and identifying new business opportunities.
-Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with trade professionals, answer technical inquiries regarding plumbing configurations, and resolve any order fulfillment or delivery issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a similar sales role within the residential and commercial plumbing supply industry.
-Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with residential and commercial plumbing products (including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures).
-Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
-Attributes: High energy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
