Warehouse Workers needed for growing distributor in Raleigh, NC! Competitive Pay and opportunity for hire-on with outstanding benefits!

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch

We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates to join a busy distribution operation in the Raleigh/Garner area. This is a great opportunity for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want the potential to move into a long-term position.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable working on their feet, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do
•    Receive incoming products and verify items before placing them into designated storage locations.
•    Pull and prepare products accurately for customer orders and outgoing deliveries.
•    Move inventory throughout the facility using pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
•    Organize products, parts, and supplies on racks, shelves, and storage bins.
•    Prepare orders for shipment and move completed orders to designated staging areas.
•    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
•    Follow established safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
•    Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse activities as needed.
•    Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.

This position has the potential to become a long-term, direct-hire opportunity after approximately 520 hours. Employees who demonstrate strong attendance, productivity, reliability, safety, and overall performance may be considered for permanent employment.

If you’re looking for a Monday–Friday warehouse position paying $21/hour with the potential for long-term employment, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications
•    High school diploma or GED preferred.
•    Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar experience is helpful but not required.
•    Previous forklift, order picker, pallet jack, or other powered industrial truck experience is a plus. Training available.
•    Basic computer skills.
•    Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle inventory.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
•    Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
•    Comfortable working around warehouse equipment and normal industrial noise.
•    May occasionally work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions.
•    Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas.
•    Must be able to follow all applicable workplace safety procedures.
