Warehouse Worker
Seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Associates for busy auto parts distribution facility in Houston, TX!
Schedule is 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Pay rate is $15/hour.
- Performance pay increase after 520 hours
- Biweekly production bonuses after hire-on (520 hours)
- Optional overtime available before shift
- No weekend overtime
Job Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pick, stage, and move materials using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Label, wrap, and organize pallets and inventory
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures accurately
- Verify shipments and complete required documentation
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Communicate issues or process improvement ideas to supervisors
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Support shipping, receiving, and operational workflows
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed (will train)
- Provide support to team members and internal departments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking is a plus+!)
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Basic reading and math skills required
