Mirror Welder - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking GTAW Boiler Tube Mirror Welders for a long-term project at a natural gas plant in Indiantown, FL.

This position will involve performing GTAW/TIG mirror welding on boiler tubes in tight and restricted spaces during outages. When welding is not required, employees will assist the crew with other maintenance-related tasks, including millwright work, structural welding, pump replacement, and general plant maintenance.

This position will provide constant work through the fall of 2027, with a minimum of 50 hours per week. Employees will have the potential to work up to 72 hours per week during scheduled shutdowns at the facility. Pay for this position is $34-$37/hr plus $90/day per diem.

-Candidates must be experienced with mirror welding and comfortable working in confined and difficult-to-access areas.
-Welders will be required to pass multiple weld tests, including a 2” carbon steel 6G TIG root with 7018 fill and cap, a 2” carbon steel 2G restricted coupon completed using a mirror, and a 2” stainless steel 6G coupon.
-Candidates must be available to start ASAP and must pass all required pre-employment screenings.
