Senior Operations Manager

Exciting opportunity for an experience Senior Operations Manager in 3PL!!  This position will be a leadership role in a 1.5mil+ sqft multi-client site in Groveport, OH!

The  Senior Operations Manager will lead site leaders and supervisors. Duties include developing Managers and supervisors, owning operational improvements and performance, developing and maintaining client relationships and similar duties

Compensation will be $150k-$170k + base + bonus and stock. Apply now!

Qualifications:
-6 yrs+ experience in fulfillment center operations leadership
-2+ yrs in multi-client, multi-site 3PL leadership
-2+ yrs in Cost Mgmt/Financial responsibility for $25-&75M
-Experience with WMS (implementing and optimizing)
-Experience in scaling operations in large team, high-growth environments
