Engineering Data Coordinator

Trillium Professional is now seeking an Engineering Data Coordinator in Battle Creek, MI!

Pay range is $25-$30/HR. This is on site 5 days week, shift 8am-5pm. No Travel.

Responsibilities:
-Convert legacy PFMEAs to current AIAG-VDA methodology.
-Transfer PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flows into NEXUS.

Verify document linkage between:
-Process Flows
-PFMEAs
-Control Plans
-Process Characteristics

Special Characteristics
-Verify Action Priorities (AP), rankings, and risk assessments.
-Review historical documents for completeness and compliance.
-Support approval routing and documentation release activities.

Associate will be tasked to improve efforts explicitly identifies several common gaps across that this project is intended to address:
-PFMEA risks not identified correctly
-Detection controls not cascaded to Control Plans
-Incorrect rankings
-Special characteristics not flowing through all documents
-Perform the detailed review, verification, data migration, and documentation work while Production Engineers provide technical decisions and continue supporting production, launches, quality issues, and daily operations.
-Prepare PFMEA review documentation.
-Assemble audit evidence packages.
-Collect and organize objective evidence.
-Support annual PFMEA review requirements.
-Verify compliance documentation is complete and accessible.
-Support closure of documentation-related audit findings.

-Open to Degree Bachelor or Associate with related experience.
-Should have experience supporting data collections and coordination in plant and engineering process.
-Engineering data coordinator will update and transfer all PDP documentation from legacy formats into the current NEXUS environment while ensuring compliance with current PFMEA expectations.
