Structural Welder - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Structural Welders near Livermore Falls, ME to perform industrial maintenance and repair welding during a scheduled shutdown at a biomass power generation facility. 

This is hands-on outage work in an operating power-generation environment rather than production/shop welding.

Key Responsibilities
- Weld repairs to the ID fan housing and surrounding casing, along with repairs and modifications to expansion joints, ductwork, I-beams, structural plate, and piping throughout the outage.
- STICK and MIG welding, structural plate welding, pipe work, and arc gouging to remove damaged or existing material in preparation for repairs.
- Make clean cuts, perform repair welds, fit replacement material, and complete field repairs on existing industrial equipment and structures.

Pay: $34
- 8h paid travel there (upon arrival), 8h paid travel back
Per Diem: $55 / day for all 7 days and hotel
Schedule: Mon - Sun, 80h+ / week (10-12h shifts)
- OT: After 8h, and Saturdays
- DT: Sundays

Qualifications
•    Recent shutdown/outage experience
•    Comfortable in confined space (18–24” manways, no tube crawling) 
•    Respirator ready (must shave if required and pass fit test) 
•    Reliable, strong work ethic 
•    Valid ID + ability to complete paid safety training 
•    Pre-employment screenings
