Industrial Engineer

Incredible opportunity for an Industrial Engineer to join this growing manufacturer in the Polaris/Worthington area!

The Industrial Engineer will will work with the Design Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer to to optimize technical workflows, product quality and compliance. You will focus on both broad systems (people, equipment, supply chain etc.) and specific equipment/products/flows. The Industrial Engineer partners with suppliers, clients, quality, sales, purchasing and production. This is a dynamic role that will work with all stake holders to exceed client expectations, maintain compliance standards, improve efficiencies, solve complex engineering and production problems and similar. 

Pay range will be $75-$90k annually plus bonus and strong benefits. Flexible first shift schedule.

This is an ideal position for someone with 1-2 years experience in manufacturing engineering who is looking for a broad based role with a passion for innovation and positive change with an experience team who can provide mentorship and growth!

To be successful in this role the Industrial Engineer will have:
-Bachelor degree in Engineering (any discipline)
-2 yrs+ experience - prefer manufacturing or similar industrial environment
-Some 2D/3D CAD (preferably CATIA or SolidWorks) experience
-Experience working multiple projects simultaneously
-Any R&D experience is a plus
