Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for local event and shuttle work in the Orlando area.
This position involves driving to different event locations and maneuvering equipment in busy event, convention, and production areas. Because some locations can be tight, yard jockey experience is preferred.
Pay & Schedule
-$24.00/hour
-Overtime after 40 hours
-Local work – Home Daily
-Work available 7 days a week
-Drivers can provide the days they are available
-Start times may vary depending on the event and could be early morning, daytime, afternoon, or evening
-Great opportunity for retired or semi-retired drivers, drivers looking for extra income, or anyone who enjoys a flexible schedule
Position Details
-Drive CDL Class A equipment to different local event locations
-Shuttle equipment/materials between event sites
-Back trailers into event and loading areas
-Maneuver and park in tight locations
-Work may include conventions, shows, events, and production assignments
-Yard jockey experience preferred
-Manual transmission experience is a plus
-No OTR
-We may also be able to use drivers for other casual CDL assignments with different local clients to help keep them busy between event assignments and provide additional local driving experience.

Requirements
-Valid CDL Class A
-Recent verifiable Class A driving experience
-Strong backing skills
-Must be comfortable maneuvering and parking trailers in tight areas
-Yard jockey experience preferred
-Manual transmission experience preferred
-Clean MVR
-Must pass pre-employment screenings
