Electrical Assembly Lead

Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Electrical Assembly Lead in Houston, TX for a direct-hire opportunity!

Pay range is $30-$40/hr. DOE. Schedule is 6 am-4:30/5pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Assembly Lead to oversee electrical installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of custom overhead crane systems in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
-Lead and support electrical assemblers, technicians, and wiring personnel
-Oversee electrical installation, control panel wiring, and equipment configuration
-Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities
-Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and code requirements
-Drive production schedules, quality, and team performance
-Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement

Qualifications
-Leadership experience in electrical assembly, industrial controls, manufacturing, or commissioning
-Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and NEC requirements
-Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
-Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and startup of industrial equipment
-Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Experience
-Motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and crane systems
UL, NEC, and CSA standards
-Heavy industrial or equipment manufacturing environments
