Receptionist

Immediate opening for a part-time Receptionist in Fond du Lac.

We are looking for someone with prior office experience, ideally in the automotive or heavy-duty equipment industry, but our client is willing to train. The Receptionist will be performing daily receptionist duties such as answering the phone and greeting customers as well as executing a variety of administrative functions. They will also assist the Sales Department with entering data into their system and special projects. 

This is a part-time, permanent contract to hire role, averaging about 30 hours.  Working hours are flexible between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  Wages range based on experience, $20-$22/hour.

-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Solid written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record. 
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
