Roofer - Per Diem Offered

Trillium is now seeking Commercial Roofers around the Grand Forks, ND area!  

Trillium is seeking Commercial flat roof EPDM and TPO workers for a project at the Grand Forks AFB in ND.

Commercial and residential roofing experience preferred, specifically for flat roof, TPO and EPDM single ply installing exp is a must.  Must have basic hand tools and PPE Schedule is Mon-Friday working 8-10 hours per day. This will be long term work with potential to get hired on full time with the company!

Guys must have experience with either shingle/ metal residential roofing, and gutter work, or commercial flat roof work. 
Duties will include, Demo work, site cleanup, measuring and cutting materials, gluing materials with caulk guns, and screwing in insulation. Would also consider someone with rooftop HVAC experience, they tend to do a lot of roof repair when they replace rooftop AC units and would be familiar with installing flashing/ gutters.

Pay is $40/hour for JM Roofers and $26/hour for apprentice level or laborers. Per diem is $625/week if/when applicable. Company will interview via phone call and candidates must pass background check to get on the military base.
