HR and EHS Manager
Excellent Direct Hire opportunity for an HR & Safety Manager in Muskegon!
HR Manager & EHS Manager will be responsible for managing HR and EHS programs across multiple locations in Michigan. This position will ensure site-level compliance for OSHA, EPA, DOT and similar. Will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, new-hire, maintain personnel files and HRIS records, administer performance reviews and support site level employee relations. Manager will communicate with employee in regard to benefits, payroll, PTO and similar. The Manager will investigate incidents, near misses and accidents and maintain OSHA logs, WC documentation and other compliance documentation.
Pay range will be $120-$130k with bonus and growth opportunity. Some travel required within the state of Michigan.

To be successful in this role the HR and EHS Manager will have:
-Bachelor degree in HR, Business Admin, EHS or similar or equivalent experience
-PHR/SPHR preferred
-OSHA 20 and 510 within 6 months
-Strong HRIS/MS Office experience
-Previous EHS related duties within HR scope of responsibilities
-3+ yrs combined HR/EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, recycling or similar
