Trillium Staffing is now seeking Welders in Holly, MI!

Pay rate is $19- $22 depending on shift and experience. Attendance bonuses! Schedule is 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm or 2nd shift: 4pm-12:30am.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The Welder will perform MIG welding, assemble and fabricate metal components, and ensure finished products meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:
-Perform MIG welding and operate welding equipment.
-Set up machines and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
-Read blueprints and follow specifications.
-Maintain equipment and report issues.
-Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Complete production work accurately and on schedule.

Requirements:
-MIG welding experience required.
-Mechanical or fabrication knowledge preferred.
-Ability to read blueprints/specifications.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Must be comfortable working around heat, sparks, fumes, and industrial equipment while using required PPE.
-Welding certification is a plus.
