Construction Laborer - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Construction Laborers and Spotters at a new data center construction project in Benton, LA.
 
We are looking for dependable workers with 2+ years of experience working in a commercial construction environment. Spotters will be working to assist operators by directing and spotting equipment, flagging and controlling traffic around the worksite.

Pay & Schedule: 
-Monday through Saturday 
-10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch) 
-Approximately 50 hours per week
-$36.00/hour
-$120/day worked up to 5 days, 7-days paid if 6 days are worked.

-Verifiable experience working in commercial construction setting
-Spotting and equipment-support experience preferred. 
-Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
-Ability to complete pre-employment screenings
