Recruitment Marketing Specialist
Trillium is a locally owned and nationally ranked staffing firm, celebrating 43 years in business here in West Michigan.
Trillium is expanding their corporate support team and has an immediate opening for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist!
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is a new role in our corporate marketing department that supports national accounts and candidates across the country and will involve the following:
-Handle incoming inquiries from job seekers from the Trillium website via email, SMS and phone
-Work directly with the Marketing Manager to actively post and market jobs on the Trillium website, indeed and other job board partners.
-Handle incoming inquiries from employers looking to hire.
-Assists with marketing jobs to candidates using SMS, email and AI based automation tools.
This is an in-office position located in Kalamazoo, MI with an interactive team who collectively hires more than 1,000 people across the country each year. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The pay rate is up to $20/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
-Strong attention to detail, computer skills and customer service skills
-Previous experience in an HR, recruiting or staffing role preferred
-At least 2 years of experience in a service role
-Must pass pre-employment screenings
