Trillium Staffing is now hiring Food Packaging & Production Team Members in Frankenmuth, MI!
Pay rate is $14.00/hr. Hours are 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Mandatory Overtime on Weekends. Join a team where your work helps deliver quality food products to families and customers!
We are looking for dependable, hardworking Food Packaging & Production Team Members to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
-Package food products according to company, USDA, and food safety standards.
-Inspect products for quality, accurate weights, and proper packaging while following GMPs and SOPs.
-Work as part of a team to meet production goals, operate equipment, and keep the work area clean and sanitary.

What We’re Looking For
-Previous food handling, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
-Basic math and counting skills.
-Ability to follow instructions and food safety procedures.
-Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment, approximately 60–65°F.
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs. as needed.
-Willingness to work overtime when needed.
